Power Breakfast Sandwich

Serves 1

Layer as follows:

  • Everything bagel (sliced), bottom half only

  • Schmear of chipotle aioli (Kraft brand is the best)

  • Handful of arugula, spinach or favorite greens

  • Burrata, ball broken in half

  • Drizzle of honey

  • 2 slices of prosciutto

  • Egg, cooked however you’d like (poached, over easy or fried are best)

  • 2-3 slices of avocado

  • Everything bagel, top half
