Protein Packed Blueberry Blast Smoothie
Looking for a punch of protein pre or post workout? Maybe just an afternoon pick me up? This smoothie is easy, smooth, tasty and rakes in 56 grams of quality protein.
Serves 1
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup Fairlife 2% fat milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (We like PEScience)
2 scoops Vital Protein collagen
1 Tbsp honey
Optional: handful of fresh spinach
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend well until smooth, roughly 2-3 minutes.
