Omelet Toast
So easy and so beautiful!!! Make your favorite omelet (I start with a nonstick skillet, 1 Tbsp unsalted butter and 2 eggs whisked with a dash of milk or heavy cream, pinch of shredded cheese, and a bit of salt and pepper. Cook low and slow and gently roll up!). Toast your favorite bread. Add some herbed soft cheese, top with heirloom tomatoes (lightly salted), sliced avocado and your perfect omelet. Top with some chili oil or hot sauce and top with microgreens, fresh herbs or edible flowers. Looks exquisite and yet it’s so easy. Start with fresh ingredients and you’ll be amazed at the outcome! Perfect for brunch, breakfast or even an easy lunch!
