Fall Burrata Board

We love a perfectly seasonal Burrata Board for an easy and elegant appetizer.  Combine your favorite fruits, meats, nuts, crackers and freshly pulled Burrata cheese.  Make sure to use those items that are perfectly seasonal.  For our Fall version, we used roasted delicata squash, black grapes, prosciutto, local apples, burrata, pecans (both candied and sweet & spicy), gluten free crackers, golden goose berries and fresh herbs.  Drizzle honey or balsamic glaze over your Burrata for a bit more flavor.  Add fresh herbs for garnish. Enjoy!
