Avocado Toast with Pickled Vegetables and Poached Egg
Not sure if it’s breakfast, lunch or brunch time right now but this was a tasty treat! I pickled radishes and shallots overnight in red wine vinegar with a pinch of salt and spoonful of sugar. Topped some avocado toast with crispy bacon, pickled veggies, poached egg and a drizzle of honey. Wonderful balance of flavors and textures!
