Tropical Smoothie

There are days where I need easy, healthy, on the go options.  Enter this DELICIOUS protein smoothie.  Full of vitamins, easy and so tasty!  Kids love these, too!

Serves 2

Ingredients:

1-1 1/2 cup milk (use a high protein option like Fairlife, if desired)

1/2 cup frozen mango

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder

1-2 scoops collagen

1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup, optional

To Serve:

1/4 cup mini vanilla wafers, some crushed and some whole

Whipped cream

Directions:

Add all ingredients except vanilla wafers to a blender and purée until smooth.

Pour into glasses and garnish with wafers and whipped cream.
