Tropical Green Smoothie

I haven’t shared too much with you all that I’m a runner.  I log a decent amount of miles each day and have 12 marathons under my belt.  Not only do I love being outdoors and running but it’s also something that has helped me in so many more ways over the years.  But, runners be hungry - most of the time!  So my love for cooking comes in handy.  But, there are days where I need easy, healthy, on the go options.  Enter this DELICIOUS protein smoothie.  Full of vitamins, easy and so tasty!

Serves 2

Ingredients:

1-1 1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup frozen mango

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

2 cups baby spinach

1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder

1-2 scoops collagen

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup, optional

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and purée until smooth.
