Red, White and Blue Salsa with Black Beans

An easy and festive dip to add to your patriotic table.

Ingredients:

2 cups strawberries, diced

2 cups blueberries

1 1/2 cups jicama, peeled and diced

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

Juice and zest of 1 lime

2 tsp kosher salt

2 tsp maple syrup

1/4 cup fresh mint, lightly chopped

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl.  Serve with tortilla chips.
