Mint Bootleg

Looking for a most refreshing summer drink to break the heat?  Enter the easy and tasty bootleg!  Comes together quickly and it will delight at your next barbecue!

Serves 8

Ingredients:

1 can frozen limeade

1 can frozen lemonade

1-2 bunches of fresh mint (more or less depending on your preference)

1 1/2 cups vodka

2 cans favorite sparkling water or club soda (can also substitute Trader Joe’s sparkling limeade or Trader Joe’s jalapeño limeade)

2-2 1/2 cups ice

Directions: 

Add all ingredients to blender.  Blend until smooth.  Garnish with extra mint or lime wedge and enjoy!

Note, you can make the bootleg mix ahead (frozen limeade, frozen lemonade, fresh mint) and simply add your vodka, ice and sparkling water when ready to serve.  Omit the vodka for a non-alcoholic drink!
