Cranberry Holiday Sparkling Mimosa

Delicious and festive plus couldn’t be easier to pull together! Simply fill your ice cube tray with fresh cranberries and pour cranberry juice over top. Freeze for a few hours or a few days. (Note: this can also be done with pomegranate seeds and pomegranate juice). I found my silicone ice tray on Amazon.

Place 2 ice cubes in wine or champagne glass and pour champagne over top. Looking for a non-alcoholic option? Pour Sprite, 7-Up or sparkling water over top. Garnish with edible glitter or dust on the side of the glass, if desired.
