Bloody Maria

A wonderful drink for a perfect brunch! The perfect twist to a Bloody Mary, subbing tequila for vodka.  Want an alcohol free version?  Just omit it!  Enjoy!

Makes 8 servings

Ingredients:

64 oz tomato juice

¼ cup lemon juice

2 Tbsp fresh, raw horseradish

2 Tbsp Worcestershire

2 Tbsp pickle or olive juice

1 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp celery seed

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1 cup tequila

 

Garnish:

Celery stalks

Pickle spears

Cheese cubes

Salami or pepperoni

Pearl onions

Olives

Marinated artichokes

Directions:

Combine all drink ingredients in a large pitcher and stir well to combine.  Pour over ice.

Garnish with desired ingredients with directly in glass or thread on a toothpick.
